Euto Energy, which has adopted the principle of sharing its know-how with relevant parties, providing quality service, prioritizing customer satisfaction and confidentiality, has established and implemented its Quality and Information Security Management Systems policy around the following principles.
 
  • To fulfill the obligations required by the laws on information security by considering corporate data, personnel data and customer data as valuable and critical,
  • To provide the necessary infrastructure and take the necessary security measures in order to ensure that the IT services used in the realization of our corporate activities continue uninterruptedly and that access to personal and private data can only be accessed by authorized persons,
  • To comply with the requirements of Quality and Information Security Standards and to provide services in accordance with these standards,
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction,
  • To obey laws and regulations without compromise,
  • To recognize our customers and employees as a source of wealth,
  • To carry out trainings to improve technical and behavioral competencies in order to increase information security awareness,
  • To comply with the requirements of management systems and to ensure continuous improvement,
  • To evaluate possible risks and opportunities within the scope of all activities and to systematically embed a culture of prevention in our company,
  • We undertake to share our approach and priorities with the public and other interest groups. 
 
The work and conscious actions of our company personnel around these principles are of utmost importance for the effectiveness of our established management systems.
